New site

I didn't have a direction I wanted to take this blog, so it has languished. My tech musings are now at a new site, Talk Tech Now. Check it out, I'll split the photography blogging off onto a different site in the future.

Site Re-Launch

Cereal 411 was a pet project for Spyder and I. Shortly after starting it, Spyder went on a partying spree and was rarely available so I devoted my time elsewhere and put it on the back burner. No big deal as it's more of a website for fun than anything. Well, today, it's re-launching. I'm testing more often with Spyder as well as guest judges. It's a fun site and can be very informative for your next cereal purchasing decision. Check it out.

New Site!

Here it is folks, a site that's been on the drawing board for quite awhile, but just barely coming to fruition. You may/may not remember Yom's Random Stats. Well Yom and I decided to expand the site a little and do apology videos. Turns out the apology videos were more fun, so I introduce to you, YomApologizes.Com. We'll have a new video every week where Yom apologizes to someone or something. The videos are actually pretty funny and you should check them out at the site.

Brand New

Pardon the pun in the title, but I'm actually involved now in launching an entire brand for an existing company. Everything from the marketing, SEO, web design, social media, etc. This is a huge opportunity and I'm very excited about it. The long hours will be worth it for experience alone. I'll post more details about it when I am able to.

New blog?

One of the ideas Yom and I had involves me blogging elsewhere in addition to this. The question is do I have the time? Maybe. Would amount to much? Probably not. Would it be fun? Yes!

New idea hatched

Whenever Yom and I get together, ideas tend to flow. Yom's Random Stats started as a joke between us for example. Today was no exception. No details yet, but when I get back home, I'm getting to work.

New project

Wrapping up one, starting another. Even though there isn't a hard deadline, I'd like to have this one done in roughly two weeks. And then it'll take probably another week or so as I build up the SEO aspect of it. At the end of October I'm going out of town for work, so ideally, it should be done by then. I'll post details when I get the main page done. I tried right here to give you a hint of what I'm doing, but it's too early to try and be funny, I'd end up offending someone.

We've gone daily!

I'm excited for Would You Rather Daily to finally be ready to go to the daily format. We've had one video up for just over a week to give people an idea of what to expect. It has been met with warm reception with the exception of length. Six minutes is apparently longer than a stretch limousine. I've heard you, the videos are now shorter and should still be just as funny. In fact today's Would You Rather is one of my favorites. Going daily will no doubt increase the workload around here, but it's just the beginning of many ideas we'd like to implement. Stick around for more great ideas from Would You Rather Daily.

New printer!

Well it's about time I threw out the old all-in-one printer/scanner/copier thingymajig. It only scanned portions of documents, it would only print when it felt like it(not often), and copies were unreliable to say the least. I bought the new printer probably a year and a half ago when the old printer started showing signs of acting up, but it stayed in the box until recently due to a lack of use. I had another printer that printed as reliably as a 2006 Toyota Camry(you're welcome Toyota) but lacked the scanning/copying. Recently when I started Funny Name Media, I needed to start copying and scanning documents again. So, out with the old, in with the sorta new. Here she be! Takes up a lot more room on my desk unfortunately, but I'll have to sand down my elbows or something because it actually works. And function over form, right?
